We first met them in New York about a year before the big day. We travel there every couple of years, and that time the city gave us one of those perfect late-afternoon moments — the kind where the light hits the buildings just right and everything feels possible. How Much does a wedding planner in Tuscany cost?
In our experience if you plan to get married at Borgo Stomennano you will need a wedding planner or at least a wedding day coordinator. Here are very common costs here in Tuscany:

How Much does a food caterers cost in Tuscany?
Costs may vary a lot but generally they include the post-ceremony aperitif with Prosecco, one cocktail, soft drinks, light canapés, and usually a few buffet stations such as cured meats and cheeses. A three-course dinner with table wine is also part of the standard package. Some caterers even include a traditional Italian wedding cake in the price.

The base price generally covers essential furniture for the aperitif dinner tables, a selection of chairs, and a basic mise en place setup, including charger plates, tableware, glassware, and linens.
Guest count also plays a significant role in the final cost. Standard catering rates are calculated on 100 guests, so the price per person tends to increase when hosting fewer people.
Open-bar packages are always priced separately, as well as any additional beverages you may want beyond what the caterer includes in the standard menu.
