You do not need to be models, and your wedding should never feel like a photoshoot. We offer simple, relaxed direction when it is useful, then step back and let you enjoy your guests. That is exactly where our approach begins. As documentary and editorial wedding photographers in Italy, we combine an instinct for real moments with an eye for sophisticated composition. Whether your wedding takes place in a Tuscan villa, an Umbrian countryside estate, on Lake Como or along the Amalfi Coast, we use the architecture, natural light and character of the location to make your portraits distinctive. One of the questions we hear most often is whether editorial wedding photography means spending hours posing. For us, it does not. We usually recommend a brief portrait session around the most beautiful light of the day, often close to sunset. A few minutes of gentle guidance can create striking, natural-looking images without pulling you away from your celebration for long.

For the rest of the day, our approach is primarily candid and unobtrusive. We observe, anticipate and capture the moments you could never recreate: your parents’ expressions during the ceremony, a friend’s unexpected reaction, a quiet exchange between the two of you, and the joyful chaos of the party.

We also know when to introduce an editorial touch — a carefully framed portrait, a flash-lit evening photograph or a moment of movement — without turning the wedding into a production. The aim is simple: a gallery that looks beautiful and, more importantly, feels true.
