All year leading up, to the wedding we were swapping messages—he was determined to soak up every nuance of our vision and picture how the day would unfold. Before all the guests arrived for the cocktail we did an unconventional photoshoot by the pool with a magazine oriented approach. It was the perfect moment to create some timeless photos, the kind that it’s usually impossible to do on the wedding day. It was so much fun!

Guests arrived at Villa Aura del Lago, on Lake Como for the reception—cocktails, by the pool, music drifting in the background and an unmistakable elegance that seemed to settle over everything you looked at.
