There are weddings you photograph, and then there are weddings you truly feel. Charles and Victoria’s celebration at Agriturismo Belagaggio, just outside Montepulciano, was one of those rare days that stays with you long after the last frame is captured.
A few days before the wedding, we met the couple in Florence for a relaxed photoshoot among its timeless streets. It was the perfect way to connect, share a few laughs, and turn what could have been a formal encounter into something natural and easy. By the time the wedding day arrived, it already felt like we were documenting friends.
April in Tuscany can be a bit of a gamble—sunshine one moment, clouds the next—but this time, everything aligned. The weather was simply perfect, one of those unforgettable spring days where the light feels softer and the air carries that fresh, hopeful energy of the season.
Set against the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia, Belagaggio provided a breathtaking yet understated backdrop. The beauty of the landscape mirrored the spirit of the day: honest, warm, and effortlessly elegant. Surrounded by a small group of their closest people, Charles and Victoria celebrated in a way that felt deeply personal, no excess, no distractions, just genuine emotion and connection.
There was something truly special in the atmosphere. The kind of wedding where laughter comes easily, where every glance carries meaning, and where you don’t feel like an observer but part of the story itself. Simple, heartfelt, and real, exactly the kind of love that makes this work so meaningful.
