Being an indian wedding photographer in Italy has taken us on some incredible journeys, and Paolo and Avleen’s celebration at Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte sits high on that list of unforgettable experiences. Their wedding brought together so many layers of culture, family, color, and emotion that even now, thinking back, it feels like stepping into a story we were lucky enough to witness up close.
Our connection with them didn’t start in Italy, though. It began in Oslo on a cold winter afternoon. We were passing through the city on our way to the Lofoten Islands for New Year’s Eve and had arranged a quick meeting. One coffee turned into several, and those “just a few minutes” became hours of talking—about their backgrounds, their vision, and the joy they imagined for their wedding. They eventually invited us to their home, and by the time we left, we already felt a natural bond with them.
Paolo’s Swiss-Italian roots and Avleen’s Norwegian-Indian heritage blended into a celebration that couldn’t have been more vibrant. Villa Corsini, with its Renaissance beauty and perfect Tuscan light, was the kind of setting that elevates everything without ever overpowering the feeling of the day. As the ceremonies unfolded, the villa transformed again and again: first into a lively stage filled with the vivid colors of Indian rituals, then into the refined atmosphere of a Florentine reception.
Indian weddings always carry a special energy—layers of traditions, meaningful gestures, family involvement, and a rhythm that’s both intense and joyful. Over the years, this world opened its doors to us more and more. We just love diving deep into ceremonies like the Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, and the Baraat, learning their significance, and understanding how to move with their pace. That experience eventually led us far beyond Italy. We were invited to photograph a full Bollywood-style wedding week in India, divided between Goa and Mumbai—a whirlwind of music, dance, color, and celebrations that seemed to never run out of energy. That journey changed us. It gave us a deeper sensitivity for Indian traditions and a stronger connection to the families who embrace them.

All of this experience found its place again at Paolo and Avleen’s three-day wedding. The Indian ceremonies were joyful and overflowing with emotion—families laughing, singing, and dancing without holding back. Then, on the final night, the gallery of Villa Corsini shifted the mood into something elegant and timeless. Candlelit tables, guests dressed in classic evening style, and music floating through the historic rooms created an atmosphere that felt almost cinematic.
What made their wedding so meaningful wasn’t only the mix of cultures. It was the feeling of togetherness that followed everyone from Oslo to Florence. Spending days celebrating, rather than just a few hours, allows relationships to bloom and stories to unfold naturally. Photographing that kind of warmth is a privilege.
Paolo and Avleen’s Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte wedding in Florence captured everything we love about being part of Indian weddings in Italy—the joy, the traditions, the beauty, and the shared experience that brings people closer. And for us, it will always be one of those celebrations where cultures didn’t just meet—they melted into something unique.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT SHOOTING DESTINATION WEDDINGS IN TUSCANY
How Being a Wedding Photographer in Tuscany Shaped Our Style Through Destination Weddings
Working as a wedding photographer in Tuscany over the years has shown us something we didn’t expect at the beginning: destination weddings carry a different kind of energy. And it’s exactly that energy that ended up shaping the way we photograph.
When couples travel from abroad to get married here, everything feels a little brighter. There’s a sense of adventure, a shared excitement that starts the moment everyone gets on a plane and continues as they spend days together exploring Tuscany. Friends and family reconnect, stay in the same places, eat at long tables, discover little villages, and slip into a slower rhythm. All of this creates a joy that feels effortless and genuine. It’s something we noticed right away—especially compared to traditional local weddings, where the pace and expectations can feel a bit heavier.
Being surrounded by that kind of happiness changed our approach. We learned to pay attention to the laughter, the lighthearted moments, the small interactions that happen naturally when people truly enjoy each other’s company. Those moments became the core of our work: candid, honest, full of life.
Over time, our style blended that spontaneous storytelling with an editorial touch. We love beautiful light, elegant compositions and a hint of fashion influence. But none of that ever gets in the way of the feeling in the images. The joy comes first. Always.
Couples like Paolo and Avleen remind us why this balance matters. As indian wedding photographer in Italy we loved diving into this wedding and all their guests at Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte, it was an experience shared with the people they love, and our job was simply to follow the flow of that happiness. That’s what we try to preserve in every frame: authenticity wrapped in a touch of style.
And honestly, it’s this mix of natural emotion and refined creativity that keeps us inspired wedding after wedding.

what does TIMELESS photography mean in terms of wedding photography?
Timeless means NATURAL, untouched by trends, true to color and deeply authentic. It feels effortless, never stiff, warm and candid yet refined and beautifully composed
Natural wedding photography is a choice for all those couples with a clear aesthetic vision who want to look stunning, but don’t want to spend time and energy on the photoshoot. It combines a documentary approach, capturing real moments without interruption of staging, with an editorial touch, where the photographer gives occasional direction but mostly fades into the background, allowing every moment to unfold naturally and spontaneously
