An intimate celebration in the heart of Tuscany
Two Brides
intimate wedding in Chianti
We loved photographing Courtney and Holly’s intimate wedding in Tuscany. As same-sex wedding photographers, what stayed with us most was the way we experienced their day through their endless laughter, effortless connection, and that rare kind of complicity that makes everything around two people seem to disappear.
At a time when weddings can sometimes feel like performances — something to stage, perfect, and display — their celebration felt beautifully different. Watching Courtney and Holly together, we had the feeling that these two lovebirds were simply enough for one another. Everything else was secondary.
That is what made photographing their wedding so special. Nothing needed to be created for the camera. Every photograph came from something real: a glance, a laugh, a touch, a quiet moment of intimacy. The kind of authenticity we are always looking for when photographing Tuscany weddings.
The setting was Castello La Leccia, a place we know well and always love returning to. As a Castello La Leccia wedding photographer, we have had the pleasure of working here several times, and there is something about the atmosphere that feels particularly suited to intimate celebrations. The timeless architecture, the Tuscan landscape and the understated beauty of the property create a wonderful balance of elegance, intimacy and warmth.
Courtney and Holly’s wedding was a beautiful reminder of what we love about being same-sex wedding photographers in Tuscany: photographing a connection exactly as it is, without forcing it into a formula. Two people deeply in love, surrounded by beauty, completely present with one another.

FAQ
-
We photograph several same-sex weddings and elopements every year, and they are genuinely some of the celebrations we love being part of.
Whether it’s an intimate elopement in Tuscany, a stylish celebration on Lake Como, a sun-soaked wedding in Puglia, or somewhere else in Italy or Europe, we’re always excited to tell these stories.
What we love most is the authenticity, the energy, and the freedom to make the day completely your own. And, of course, we love the aesthetics too — the style, the details, the personalities, and all those little choices that make a wedding feel unmistakably yours.
For us, it’s never about fitting into a traditional idea of what a wedding should look like. It’s about photographing two people, their connection, and a celebration that truly represents who they are.

Our style is a unique balance of documentary and editorial photography, made with a natural approach. It’spontaneous and natural because we focus on capturing genuine moments of happiness and connections with your loved ones. Our photos are unposed—we love to capture you "in the moment," showing you as natural and at ease. Our ability to be present discreetly, without interfering, is the foundation of our documentary-style approach.
Many of our couples describe our photos as cinematic because they see themselves as movie stars—even though we never posed them

The vinery has a unique vibes, sitting on top of a hill you can get married overlooking the vineyards and Siena in the distance. We love especially the rooms that create such an elegant background for getting ready photos
