Over the years, we have photographed weddings at Castello di Petrata throughout every season. We have seen the wisteria in full bloom during spring, warm golden sunsets during hot summer afternoons and deeply atmospheric celebrations beneath moody autumn skies. We have had the pleasure of working at Castello di Petrata many times over the years, photographing nearly 100 weddings at this incredible venue in Umbria. During the summer months, it almost feels like a second home to us because so many couples choose us to document some of the happiest and most emotional days of their lives here.

Being born and raised in Umbria deeply shaped the way we see photography. Our style has naturally evolved around the colors of this region, the soft countryside light, the atmosphere of historic villages and the relaxed energy of people traveling to Italy in search of authenticity, connection and pure happiness.

Adanna

Adanna was such a beautiful bride, self aware and such candid in a lovely mood. The room was so little with suitcases and dresses all over, but Maurizio managed to shot some very quick and editorial portraits with a dramatic light. When she was fully dressed, we moved out in the back courtyard as the late autumn sky soaked in the incredible colors of the leaves that covered the building. The contrasts with her skin and a white background led to the most beautiful editorial bridal photography in Umbria

Dinner al fresco

The couple drove to the dinner with a vintage convertible car and gave their first dance among the tables in an enchanted atmosphere. This was also the time for preparing the cake in front of all the guests and cutting it under fireworks

We are the quickest photographers! Depending on the packages we deliver the full work in 7 days or maximum in 20 days. We deliver all the photos both in color and black & white
Yes we shoot film photography together with the digital service. We shoot medium format films and deliver incredible quality fine art prints
Yes we are licensed drone pilots and include the drone photography service in most of our packages
Absolutely yes! One photographer is not enough to document properly a wedding day. We recommend checking that both the photographers are very experienced and talented because there are many studio where the second shooter is just an assistant who cannot deliver a signature style
Our answer is that your photos need to be timeless, the colors and contrasts and the general look must It must withstand the passage of time. Your photos must look beautiful today and also in 20 years. This is why we avoid temporary trends like out of focus and blurred images. In 20 years you want a proper photo of your shoes and not a blurred photo because they will no longer be only photos but precious memories
